Established in 1993 as Romar Commodities, Inc. (“RCI”), RCI was originally a local trading outfit for pollard and molasses.

Built by Romeo S. Angeles, who had over 30 years experience in the agricultural trading and commodities markets after working for top global commodity traders such as, Cargill, Toepfer,etc.
